Our Customer Service
With our many years of experience, we are able to assist you in creating a memorable business card that leaves a lasting impression. We can help you in creating and selecting the perfect stock, fonts, colors and layout for your specific needs. All production is done in house, allowing us to keep quality control at its highest. We craft each card with our unique clientele in mind.
One
We need to know your vision. When you are ready you will call the Ultimate Team to place your order. Once you have selected a card and foil that you love, we will give you our free pricing estimates. We can design your card template or you can design it yourself with our card requirements.
Two
It is necessary that you will send in either a PDF or Adobe Illustrator file that fits our requirements for proper designing. Once you have finished creating your file and are approved by our staff we will start creating your cards. We will make the magic happen!
Three
The following card requirements for submission and completion include: Must be a PDF or Adobe Illustrator, Must contain black and white artwork (no color), Must be a 300 DPI with crop marks. No screens (half tones) or photographs, logos are fine.
Ordering Services
We also offer Rush Service if you require your order to be completed quicker. Supply us with complete “Camera Ready” copy and we guarantee a 72 hour turnaround after receipt of order plus shipping time back to you. A $100.00 rush charge applies per order.
Card Stocks and Foil Options
Credit Cards, Lenticular, and Mirror Stocks. Our Metallic Foils include Gold, Silver, White, Black, Purple, Magenta, Pink, Champagne Pink, Red, Blue, Green, Copper, and many more to chose from.
Foil and Die Selection
Dies are included with your order; In the event that your artwork requires a special die, you will be notified and special die charges will be applied to your order.
