To ensure that your orders are fulfilled as quickly as possible, please follow these guidelines when ordering:

Normal Service
Online order will be completed in 5 to 7 working days with camera-ready artwork.

Rush Service
We offer rush service if you require your order to be completed quicker. Supply us with complete "Camera Ready" copy and we guarantee a 72 hour turnaround after receipt of order plus shipping time back to you. A $100.00 rush charge applies per order.

Terms
All orders must be accompanied by a business check or money order. Visa, MasterCard, and American Express are also accepted. A $20.00 service charge will be applied to all returned checks.

Artwork
Required art resolution is a minimum of 600 DPI, at true size. If there is more than one color, art must be color separated. Artwork is returned to you. When reordering we must have artwork returned. Enlarging and reducing is a $20.00 charge. Screens and halftones are not possible with this process. This process does not allow for heavy solids. Type should be no smaller than 8 pt. to give clean resolution. Call regarding bleeds.

Dies & Special Dies
Some dies are included with your order. In the event that your artwork requires a special die, you will be notified and special die charges will be applied to your order.

Rounded Corners
All card stocks, with the exception of credit cards, come in square corners. Rounding of corners is available at no additional cost.

Minimum Quantity
We will accept orders as small as 100 cards.

Shipping
We ship by FedEx Ground. Orders F.O.B. Sherman Oaks, CA. Shipping charges will be added to each order.
